The New Maxus eDeliver 5 - Revolutionising Commercial Transportation with Electric Innovation In the rapidly evolving landscape of commercial transportation, the introduction of the Maxus eDeliver 5 marks a significant milestone in the adoption of electric vehicles (EVs). As businesses across the globe shift towards more sustainable practices, understanding the capabilities and benefits of electric commercial vehicles becomes crucial. Equipped with a 65 kWh battery, it offers ranges of 208 miles that goes up to 300 in a city environment. This capability ensures that businesses can meet their daily logistical needs without the range anxiety typically associated with EVs. Additionally, the fast-charging feature — which brings the battery from 20% to 80% in just 36 minutes — minimises downtime, enhancing operational efficiency. Beyond its technical capabilities, the eDeliver 5 features a design that sets it apart in the commercial vehicle sector. Its streamlined, aerodynamic shape not only reduces drag but also contributes to an overall more efficient drive. Inside, the focus on driver comfort through ergonomic design and modern infotainment options creates an environment that can help reduce driver fatigue and increase productivity. Safety is paramount in the eDeliver 5, which incorporates advanced driver assistance systems such as Emergency Brake Assist and Lane Departure Warning. These features not only ensure the safety of the vehicle's occupants but also protect other road users, making it a responsible choice for businesses committed to safety. Adopting the Maxus eDeliver 5 allows companies to significantly lower their operating costs. Electric vehicles offer lower fuel costs and reduced maintenance expenses. Furthermore, businesses investing in electric fleet solutions contribute positively to their corporate social responsibility profiles by lowering their carbon footprint and supporting global sustainability efforts. As we continue to explore and expand the boundaries of what electric vehicles can offer, the Maxus eDeliver 5 stands out as a beacon of progress and potential. If your business is on the journey to sustainability, or if you're interested in the impacts of electric vehicles in commercial use, let’s connect and discuss how innovations like the eDeliver 5 are reshaping our approaches to business logistics and fleet management. https://lnkd.in/ecyaG3Ns @saicmaxusireukofficial9510 #saicmaxus #maxus #eDeliver5 Denise Harris #maxuseDeliver5 #eDeliver5ev

Nowadays the technology in Automotive industry is evolving very rapidly which mainly leads to vehicle communication. So, today, I would like to share some of the information on Vehicle Communication System. Vehicular communication systems are computer networks in which vehicles and roadside units are the communicating nodes, providing each other with information, such as safety warnings and traffic information. They can be effective in avoiding accidents and traffic congestion. There 3 types of vehicle communications. 🌟 Vehicle to Vehicle Communication (V2V) 🌟 Vehicle to Infrastructure Communication (V2I) 🌟 Vehicle to Everything Communication (V2X) 🚗 Vehicle to Vehicle Communication (V2V): Vehicle to Vehicle Communication provides driver 360-degree awareness of similarly equipped vehicle with a range of 300 meters through DSRC (Dedicated short-range service) such as speed of other vehicle, its location and in which direction it's heading. 🚗 Vehicle to Infrastructure Communication (V2I) Vehicle to Infrastructure (V2I) refers to a wireless exchange of data between vehicles and roadway infrastructure, such as Cameras, network stations and Traffic lights etc. 🚗 Vehicle to Everything Communication (V2X) Vehicle to Everything Communication allows to exchange the information between a vehicle and any entity that may affect or may be affected by the vehicle, which enable the vehicle to virtually connect with everything around such as infrastructure, people, networks, and other vehicles in traffic. #technicaldocumentation #technicalwriting #technicalwriter #publication #technicalcommunication

AIS 140-compliant systems offer unparalleled safety enhancements and vehicle tracking capabilities, crucial for ensuring passenger and driver security in public transportation. Despite these benefits, initial costs associated with hardware installation and software development pose a challenge for fleet operators. However, the long-term advantages in terms of safety, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance outweigh these upfront expenses, making AIS 140 implementation a worthwhile investment for fleet safety and management. #autonautics #anstelglobal #Telematics #TransportationTechnology #EmergencyResponse #GPS #FleetTracking #RegulatoryCompliance #CostBenefitAnalysis #OperationalEfficiency #SafetyStandards

National Academies Press (NAP) Realistic Timing Estimates for Automated Vehicle Implementation (2023) [AUGUST 2023] https://lnkd.in/gqzfiY3b or https://lnkd.in/gjgwKvbM Most of the literature that discusses the future effects of automated vehicles assumes they will become the dominant form of transportation and then explores how AVs may affect transportation systems and society more broadly. However, relatively little research has provided details meant to support assumptions that significant AV deployment is inevitable. The quality of forecasting and the types of assumptions made vary widely. NCHRP Research Report 1049: Realistic Timing Estimates for Automated Vehicle Implementation, from TRB's National Cooperative Highway Research Program, identifies several opportunities in the current approach to forecasting the future of the AV marketplace. It aims to deliver a framework of considerations for decision-making focused on vehicle automation and a set of assumptions and tools that agencies can use regardless of their size, geographic location, miles of roadway, number of transit vehicles, or funding sources. Supplemental to the report is a PowerPoint presentation describing the research effort and its deliverables.
