What is #KPI? It is a quantifiable measure of performance over time for a specific objective . What are #LeadingIndicators? These are proactive measures that measures prevention efforts & can be observed & recorded prior to an injury/accident. Examples : Safety Inspections, audits & safety trainings etc What are #LaggingIndicators? They are Reactive measures that measure the occurrence & frequency of events occurred in the past & track only negative outcomes. Examples : No of fatalities, illnesses & injuries etc P.S.
