BlackRock 's $BUIDL fund leads with $473 million in Ethereum-based US Treasuries, followed by Ondo Finance , Superstate funds , Hashnote and Matrix dock tokenized funds. 2/ RWA Protocol Blocksquare has announced that it has tokenized $100 million in properties across various sectors and the launch of its Defi launchpad, providing real estate tokenization startups with the tools they need to succeed, powered by Blocksquare token $BST. 3/ Approval of Ethereum ETFs is bullish for the premise of tokenizing assets on that blockchain, according to Carlos Domingo Securitize CEO, in talks with Decrypt Media. 4/ The US Congress will discuss RWAs next week. The hearing is part of a greater agenda by the House Financial Services Digital Assets Subcommittee to ‘facilitate efficient markets’. 5/ Real-world assets platform TVVIN announces expansion to Polkadot. With this move, TVVIN aims to increase the availability of its RWA tokens across various blockchains, boosting flexibility and integration capabilities. 6/ Credefi announces that BNB Chain Innovation CHAIN is now officially live on the Credefi Finance Platform. 𝐃𝐢𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐬𝐞𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 Ondo Finance 𝐚𝐧𝐝 Mantle Network 𝐲𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐲? It was pretty big, check this out.. As of yesterday, Ondo US Dollar Yield Token is now live on the Mantle Network and already has more than $30M in TVL, which is huge. For those of you who don’t know, USDY is a tokenized note backed by short-term US Treasuries, enabling institutions to enjoy the benefits of stablecoins whilst earning a solid 5.1% APY yield. Ondo Finance is the leader in tokenized public securities with around 46% market share, just shy of a $170M market cap. 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲: 🔸 Matrixdock (Matrixport) - 22% share and $82M market cap.  🔸 Backed Finance AG - 13% share and $47M market cap. 🔸 OpenEden - 7% share and $27M market cap. 🔸 Maple - 5% share and $20M market cap. OpenEden today announced the official launch of its TBILL vault, but I will save this for another post. It is expected that Ondo will release a wrapped version of USDY in the coming weeks, mUSD will be a rebase token, designed to maintain a $1 peg with interest distributed via new tokens. A rebase token, otherwise known as an “elastic token” is a kind of cryptocurrency with a supply that is algorithmically adjusted to control price, this is done via the burning or minting of tokens, depending on whether the price needs to go up or down. Mantle is presently backed by one of the largest treasuries in crypto, worth around $2 billion and they are betting big on real world assets.
