Job searching can be daunting. It's takes time and energy. And it's a different kind of energy than most people are used to. Do you feel like you have to be "on" all the time? Do you worry about what will happen if you don't reply to an email right away? Or what if a job gets posted and you aren't the first person to apply? Will you miss a great job opportunity? All of this can add to the stress and concern that is already there when you are looking for work. Keeping your health, and energy up is SO important so you can be at your best when you need to be.
