AI is not developed enough . Its impacting my ability to get a job. I worked as a Program Director. It seems to zero in on “Director” and sends me a lot of marketing director positions. As as Director, I, with interdisciplinary teams, directed and shaped staff to shape behaviors of human beings with maladaptive behaviors. I didn’t analyze data, market, and sell organizations. Just because I worked contractually with Kaiser, doesn’t mean I understand the inner workings of Kaiser or want to work for Kaiser. AI takes the name Kaiser, and connects it with SKAs that don’t apply to me, who was an outside contractor. External contractors typically provide services that are not provided by the organization. Especially unique services, such as rehabilitation, which focuses on each individual differently. No one person is the same. All services in rehabiliation and habilitation are unique. Ai paints a lot of broad strokes, which cannot hone in on the correct jobs, at least in my case.
