The job market is hard. You apply for a role and realize that so have 300+ other people. How do you stand out?
*Make sure your resume is polished, has flow and accurately represents not only what you do/did, but your accomplishments and achievements.
*do something different. Do some research and find the hiring manager. Send them a crafted messaging "selling" you! Send them a video. Call them. Follow up!
*find the recruiter...CALL THEM!!!! They want to fill the role with someone fabulous, so show them that's you!
*Use your network. Leverage your friends and peers to help you look. An internal referral usually goes to the top of the pile.
