That’s cool, but he’s also a flying, super-strong hero! Jobs are a bit like that. They show one part of a person, but there’s a whole bunch more. Think about your friends, teachers, and family. They might be doctors, firefighters, or artists, but they’re also great listeners, funny joke-tellers, or awesome at playing games. Our jobs are like the outfits we wear in the superhero world – they show what we do, but there’s a whole amazing person underneath, full of talents, kindness, and interesting stories. So, never forget, you’re not just a job title, and neither is anyone else! Seek perspective with those you work with! You'll learn a lot more.

Exciting days ahead! Our final launch milestone kicks off today, February 8, with the beginning of the Open Beta phase, extending for 3 days until Feb 11. Following that, Early Access starts on Feb 13, leading up to the big Release on Feb 16. It's truly surreal to see this day arrive. Nearly two years ago, when I first joined the team, the game was in its final sprint towards launch. Little did I know that I'd be here celebrating its release much later. I understand there's speculation about the delays, suggesting issues with the game – it's a tough nut to crack, no doubt. But let me share two insights. Firstly, an easy project rarely explores new territories. Secondly, these delays come from the strong belief of the team and investors in the untapped potential of this project. To be transparent, I believe this project still holds immense potential waiting to be uncovered. That's why the team already has an exciting roadmap laid out for the entire year. While there's much to anticipate in the future, let's seize the moment today and embark on this journey with gusto! It’s time to Set Sail and unleash the Cannons. Riot Games, did you know I built you an entire Airtable system to manage your #SDLC? Process automation, automatic translation to Chinese, auto-generated test plans and PRDs... all done and functional. Your Producers knew better and refused to listen. LMAO at your current effort to build what already was... Guys. The #gamingindustry is a complete joke at this point. If you're still dreaming of working for companies like Riot or #Blizzard... I encourage you to pull your head out of the clouds and find a more-stable, less-shady industry.
