I wish everyone would understand... As HR, I'm an employee just like everyone else! It bothers us HR folks when people think we stand in the way of raises, benefits, time off, etc. Like WHAT!? 🤷♀️🤦♀️ - If the employees get a raise = I get a raise - If the company cuts jobs = My job could get cut too We're on the SAME TEAM! Why would I not want to ADVOCATE for employees? I'm LITERALLY an employee too!!! #humanresource #hrlife
