Reflecting on a busy and fulfilling past week... 💨💪 It started with a trip to Nissan Motor Corporation's Americas HQ where a celebration was held for the members of a regional cross-functional team who contributed to the development of the Nissan Leadership Way. The NLW is a set of values and behaviors that guide all Nissan employees by encouraging leadership from both the head and the heart. I couldn’t be prouder of this amazing team and the impact they’ve made on our entire organization! 👏 After several great meetings with our supplier partners in Tennessee, my week wrapped up with a trip to northern Michigan for my second time participating in the Lumberjack 100 mile mountain bike race in the Manistee National Forest. I didn’t end up on the winning podium this year, but my kids had a makeshift podium waiting for me when I got home and presented me with my cardboard “medal”. 🥇 I walked (slowly) into work on Monday energized to live the Nissan Leadership Way and motivated to take on any challenges that lie ahead. #nissanemployee #workhardplayhard
I’m excited to hear about that new Nissan leadership way. So curious about how it was developed and who is involved in the communication around it and all that, I bet I know some of the key folks. You are definitely one of the people who embodies so many positive leadership and team traits Good on you Bob san.
Nice century ride Bob Flotkoetter You rock! We were out J70 sailing tonight, and doing an offshore race on Lake Michigan next week from Milwaukee to South Haven on a GL 70. Slight differences between 21 and 65 feet of waterline!
Cardboard medals are the best kind!!
Awesome work! Boys are getting big
