Are you innovating in healthcare with clinicians? Consider that one of the largest companies in the world took over ten years to get to this point. That decade plus timeline includes the Apple Heart Study which enrolled 419,297 participants and published in 2019 (link in the comments). Even with that progress, I was surprised during the pandemic that cardiologists were largely resistant to encouraging the use of Apple Watches and incorporating the patient generated health data. While I’m hopeful things are changing, I wouldn’t be surprised if ten years from now Apple is still working to make real progress. Healthcare really is that hard, especially when clinicians are involved. https://lnkd.in/ejVzhPuJ
