ARSC President Kathy Blank Trahan, CAE, recently gave an Association Update at the Greater Baton Rouge Industry Alliance, Inc. (GBRIA) Plant Managers' Meeting and spoke about the importance of the reciprocal training model. She also discussed the challenges that sudden shifts in training requirements present for industry's transient workforce.
