Reflecting on my first year at Sony Music Entertainment Middle East, my heart is filled with gratitude and fulfillment. When I joined, I had high hopes, but the journey has far exceeded anything I imagined. I've had the privilege of leading the best team on projects and music that resonate with millions. Every single day brings new opportunities to learn, grow, and lead something truly extraordinary as we shape the music industry in a vibrant region like ours. Many companies claim to be people-centric and artist-centric, but very few truly live up to this promise. Sony Music does, and I witness it every day in the way we operate. New city, new home, new colleagues, new cats, new friends, new artists, and new hits—every new experience has been a joy and a revelation. Bidding farewell to old colleagues and embracing new ones, welcoming fresh faces and forging new human connections. I am grateful for the talented artists and creatives I've had the honor to collaborate with. Their passion and dedication are inspiring, making it a joy to lead a company and an amazing team that nurtures talent and creates music that touches hearts around the world. You'll quickly notice how central food is to our team culture. Welcome to the Middle East! Looking back, I am incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved together and filled with excitement for what lies ahead. This year has laid a strong foundation for many more successes to come. I look forward to continuing this amazing journey with all of you.
