Last Friday, we celebrated the graduation of the second cohort from Riverside’s Emerging Leaders Program. Riverside created the Emerging Leaders Program to help train and grow our next generation of leaders. The goal of the program is to provide program participants with the skill set needed to be successful in their current roles while developing the confidence and perspective needed to move into higher leadership positions in the future. #liftupemployees #professionaldevelopment #nonprofit #professionalgrowth

Congratulations to our four Riverside School graduates! Riverside School in Needham and Milford are small schools (8 students each) for youth ages 13 – 18 with mental health challenges. The uplifting graduation ceremonies were attended by staff, families, and fellow students. As for the graduates … one is taking a gap year and plans to engage in volunteer work before settling on a college. Another student plans to attend MassBay in the Spring. One is entering the workforce while exploring options for college. And the final grad has joined the family business while also exploring options for college. We are so proud of all of you!
