None of them, and heres why. I am vegetarian. If this was the only option, ie, one can of a, or b or c or d, then I am going to die of hunger anyway. Perhaps there is a never ending supply of the meat of my choice, and my selection provides me with an infinite amount of that choice, in which case, I will certainly die Death seems inevitable with this question, therefore I choose a clean death

Even with money I eat fried spam and potted meat sandwiches

I never understood why people shy from Spam. Sure it's an indulgence (like donuts)—so don't eat it every meal. But for me it's a comfort food. A savory, budget friendly, easy to store, simple to use, and infinitely adaptable meat that I couldn't imagine not having in every pantry. Anyone who doesn't like spam musubi, grilled spam and cheese bagel, or egg scramble with spam and green onions... gotta assume they just haven't discovered those simple, satisfying fill-me ups yet.

Spam is not considered healthy because it's high in fat and sodium, and low in nutritional value compared to other sources of protein. A 2-ounce serving of Spam contains about 15 grams of fat, which is high in calories. Spam is also high in sodium, which can be problematic for people with high blood pressure or salt sensitivities. Consuming too much sodium may also increase the risk of stomach cancer. Vienna sausages may not be considered healthy because they can contain ingredients and contaminants of concern: * Sodium nitrite: An ingredient that EWG considers a top food additive of concern and associates with cancer * BPA: A toxic chemical that the manufacturer may have used in the can lining * Antibiotics: May have been used in the production of the meat * Hormones and/or growth promoters: May have been used in the production of meat ingredients * Dioxin and other persistent organic pollutants: May be present due to contamination.

Spam

I still love fried SPAM with eggs, sunny side up! I grew up on on A, B, C & D as as fancy substitute to squirrel, rabbit, deer and snapping turtles.
