Bank Street proudly advised EQT & Lumos in this transaction, which establishes the first multi-billion dollar direct investment /commitment on the part of T-Mobile/EQT in the broadband fiber infrastructure arena in the US. This will be a potent new partnership in the FTTH sector with more excitement to come. Kudos to the team! https://lnkd.in/e5q65h6u

This is setting up to be the Comcast's & Charter's of the world taking on the mobile carriers(AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile). That means the rest are ultimately sellers. You'll need cell service bundled with hard line fiber to the home to survive.
