🤔Did you know that some townhouses have a monthly fee? 💰These are townhouses with a POTL fee. POTL stands for parcel of tied land and this fee is associated with some freehold townhouses, similar to a condo maintenance fee. ❄️Townhouses with a POTL fee are freehold properties, but the land they’re on, is not.
