It's tough my good Leader Kganki🙏🏿 For many people, the cost of living is rising faster than their wages, making it difficult to make ends meet. This is leading to increased poverty and hunger, and it is putting a strain on families and individuals. It is time for the government of South Africa to invest more than before in entrepreneurship to boost the economy. Entrepreneurs are the engine of economic growth, and they create new jobs and develop new products and services that can help to improve the lives of all South Africans. It's my humble opinion that the government can leverage on platforms such as the Black Business Council (BBC) and others to create a more supportive environment for entrepreneurs to thrive. These are powerful organizations with a large network of members and partners. It can help the government to reach a wide range of entrepreneurs and businesses, and to provide them with the support they need to succeed. Ndaa🙏🏿
Times are tough. Let's hang in there 💪🏿

I help unhappy solicitors achieve financial freedom and autonomy over their career by becoming Consultant Solicitors.
I have spoken with hundreds of lawyers this year who were unhappy in their careers and lives. Many are unfortunately waiting for a magical moment in their career when all the hard work they have done for others pays off. A promotion (usually in title only with a minor bump in salary). A salary increase (always with strings attached to higher billable hour expectations). A brand new role at a new firm. (Where the same traditional model is entrenched and after the honeymoon period it will feel like you never left your old firm). Sadly, most lawyers are unwilling to back themselves into self-employment because of a perceived 'risk' and will spend their careers in quiet desperation working for someone who was willing to take that risk. The sooner you can realise as a lawyer that the only way to have control over your time, your finances, the type of matters you work on, and the way you deliver legal services is by backing yourself, the sooner you will achieve your personal and career goals. Don't sit around waiting for someones permission to be happy. Your startup culture isn't something you talk about it's something you must live daily. That's 7 days a week. key metrics key culture enforcement (this is how we do shit here - we don't wing it) key outcomes needed you can't measure what you don't manage How are your best people treated? are you doing everything to keep them? (I doubt it) Remember, these people know everything so once gone, all that IP, information, data, is forever lost. whose going to get new people up to speed? the one founder whose also in charge of product, revenue, funding, customer success and all things? one person? Praveen posted something recently taking about micromanagement as a good thing especially for critical parts of your business like product and in all my previous startups id say I did this with all costs and revenue functions. a 4x founder with 100+ million dollar exit and MIT grad. two well known VCs have said, " I've never seen a founder who's done more with less " If the CEO is asking for reporting because she needs to make 10 important decisions a day, and you fail to enforce the policy or directly manage the daily outcomes, don't come crying when the startup business fails 2 years later. Its all these types of decisions that break a startup poor management (no reporting) no accountability) Cap Tables Games (makes startup non investable) VCs invest in founders not other investors for at least pre-seed, seed, series A and B No A players - true A players (not fake CTOs who don't talk to customers or ship any working products but true A players who deliver. the team always gets better with funding but you need 2 or 3 very good early team members who are A player generalist)

When the moment a person decides to take part in a competition as an athlete, they just know they must work hard and be consistent. Going through that phase isn't easy. It means sacrificing time hanging out with friends, strict diet, training every day, dealing with injuries, and facing mental and physical breakdowns. The same goes for trading. One shouldn't expect to get rich in days or months. Successful traders know it takes a few years to turn a profit. It's fortunate to have a mentor provide knowledge, whether in competitions or a career. In a world already complicated and competitive, when it comes to interacting with people, preferring simplicity good Vibe and warm heart. #trading #investment #5yearsgoal

3wGreat place to attend a race. TBH, you can watch mods, trucks, ARCA and/or Xfin and go home completely satisfied. One of the most scenic tracks you will ever visit on the East Coast. If the Dog Tracks are still in the area go watch them to, you can't believe they are that fast.
