World No Tobacco Day is observed every year on May 31. It was created by the World Health Organization (WHO) in 1987 to draw global attention to the tobacco epidemic and the preventable death and disease it causes. The aim of this annual event is to raise awareness about the harmful effects of tobacco use and to encourage governments to implement effective policies to reduce smoking and other forms of tobacco consumption. Each year, World No Tobacco Day has a different theme, focusing on various aspects of tobacco control, such as the negative impact of tobacco on the environment, the need for plain packaging, or the importance of quitting smoking for one's health. The day serves as a platform for health advocates and policymakers to promote anti-tobacco initiatives and provide support for those who wish to quit tobacco use. #WorldNoTobaccoDay #ConsoleLogPvtLtd
