🎯It is one thing to have a community It's another thing to grow the community But, it is of great importance to retain the men. 📌Retention is key in every community. A community should be vision-driven, this vision will guide them through. This is why a community is the cardinal arm of every project. How well do you treat your community? How much time is spent with them? How well do you make them believe in what you are building? ✅Every project with a community needs a community manager and moderator who knows their work. All the tips you’ve been hearing about community might be helpful. And I always say that giving community advice is one of the easiest things anyone can do. But what makes or breaks a community is the implementation. Especially finding your first members. This has been the hardest part for me - with almost every community I built. Hearing that people aren’t interested in what you are building - hurts. You start to question yourself, whether your ideas are stupid. You question your ability to sell, to convince. Whether it makes sense to continue. I’ve been there - so many times. But let this be a reminder for you: Community is the future. Loneliness is a serious problem. Making people feel like they belong is the most honorable thing you can do. People that said no to you aren't the right ones. But it’s just a matter of time and effort until you find the right people. Focus on the process. Find those people. Until they eventually come on their own. —-------------------- Thank you for reading! If you enjoyed the read and learned something new, don't forget to leave a Like, RePost and comment to help others. It's good karma. #web3 #web3community #communitybuilding #communitymanager

Akash Agrawal serving some community gold ⤵️ "Community builders are like cats 🐈⬛: if it fits, they sit. If they like the product/service and align with the value being offered to the members, they can build and scale the community. Sharing a few tips to get you started on building your community, even if you're not a field expert: 1️⃣ Ensure that it's a topic that you're passionate about. 2️⃣ Be active and engaged. Get to know your members and participate in conversations. 3️⃣ Provide value. Offer your members something that they can't get anywhere else. This could be exclusive content, discounts, or access to experts. 4️⃣ Be patient. It takes time to build a thriving community. Don't get discouraged if you don't see results immediately." Do you agree that you don't need to be an expert in a topic to build a community around it? #communitybuilding

➡️ Your community isn't going to be for everyone and that's okay! It's okay if people leave and it's okay if not everyone you share your community with wants to join! ❌ It doesn't mean your community is pants or what you're sharing isn't valuable. 💡 Unpopular opinion: Building a community isn't about numbers, it's about connection. 🚀 You can have a community of thousands, but if they're not engaged, they're just silent spectators. Here's a radical approach. Focus on the first 100 members. Invest time in them. Know their names. Understand their needs. Build a bond. They are your foundation. Your advocates. They will attract like-minded individuals to your cause. Don't chase vanity metrics. Instead, cultivate meaningful relationships. This approach may seem slow, but it's powerful. Because a tight-knit community of 100 can create more impact than a disengaged group of 10,000. Build deep, not wide. Remember, a community is not a stadium full of anonymous faces. It's a campfire conversation. So, start small, start intimate, and watch your community grow. 🔥 The real question isn't how many. It's how deep. 🎯

most people crave community. however, majority feel like they’re on a journey alone, or building their empires alone. with a wife, kids, running businesses and other life things our time is already so spread thin. we just want to be a part of something that will pour into us, not take from us. when I realized this, i also realized there’s power in groups of people. that’s where the old saying “2 minds are better than 1” came from. if this speaks to you and you’ve been looking for a group of people that want to: - build amazing COMMERCIAL roofing businesses - grow that commercial roofing business with service and maintenance programs - become better humans (mentally, spiritually, physically) - build businesses around their life and not a life around their business then I urge you to check out our mastermind and community. it’s the cheapest it’ll ever be until the end of the month. we are adding in access to an amazing resource (that I can’t mention yet) so the price will jump up November 1. if this speaks to you, then you’re probably “my people” and if not that’s cool too!
