Examination of the net change in hair count showcases the superiority of LED devices. For instance, the Revian Red® LED cap demonstrated a remarkable increase of +26.3 hairs/cm2 at 16 weeks, surpassing HairMax® LaserComb and pharmaceutical options like Minoxidil (Rogaine®) and Finasteride (Propecia®) by up to 227%. While both LED and laser therapies outperform systemic pharmaceutical compounds, the LED devices exponentially surpassed the laser device options within a 16-week study period, showcasing a clear industry growth leader.
