It is always such a great feeling to know that the professional learning that we facilitate, and the tools that we use to support our concepts around leadership development, team building and progressing organisational culture, are helping others. We continued to be filled with gratitude by the opportunities being provided to us by the organisations we engage with, and for the trust they have in us to lead this most crucial work. Big thanks to Brad Bain from iPerform for the shoutout. #teambuilding #culturematters #valuesalignment
As part of our ongoing improvement and growth strategy, we are well aware of the importance of investing attention into the people and culture space. We recently re-engaged with Matt Krieg from Driven from Within, and already, his concepts, philosophies and tools, are helping us to create shared language and behaviours to further drive our progress!

Great opening panel discussion on the state of ISV technology and partnerships.
In the opening remarks at Southeast Acquirers Association one panelist encapsulated a timeless truth with simple wisdom: "Take the crawl > walk > run approach and be something to someone; you cannot be the best for everyone." This approach, akin to the natural progression of growth, reminds us that success is a journey, not a race. It begins with a crawl—those tentative first steps filled with learning and exploration. As we gain confidence and understanding, we walk, steadily building our momentum. Finally, with experience and knowledge, we run, embracing our full potential. Yet, equally important is the second part of the message: "Be something to someone." In a world where we are constantly bombarded with the pressure to excel universally, this advice is grounding. It encourages us to find our niche, to identify and serve our specific audience with dedication and excellence. We cannot be everything to everyone, but we can be invaluable to someone. This dual focus on gradual growth and targeted excellence is a powerful strategy for both personal and professional success. It allows us to build a solid foundation, learn from each step, and make meaningful connections. In this way, we can create a lasting impact and truly shine in our chosen field. Bill G. One of the most important aspects of a successful business is putting people first. As someone who had the privilege of working under Angela Ahrendts' leadership during the Apple Retail revamp in 2015, I can attest to the power of a human-first culture. Focusing on our people not only exceeded expectations, but it also created a sense of belonging, security, and growth potential that is vital to feeling fulfilled at work. It's unfortunate that not all companies prioritize their people, but we can all learn from Angela's successful business model. People > Profits isn't just a nice sentiment, it's a trillion dollar business model. Life's too short to accept anything less. Let's strive to create a culture where people come first, and watch our businesses thrive. Thank you, Angela, for showing us the way. #PeopleFirst #BusinessSuccess #AngelaAhrendts
