Sound familiar? It seems the entire planet has a "Skilled Labor" Issue. However, our school systems keep churning out degrees and diplomas for "Social" studies. Eventually, everone knew deep inside that we'd need people who make, build, service and maintain the "Things" the world uses to give itself the current level of boredom we all aspire to. Posted quote below is from the article. "Opportunities" "The uptick in solar job opportunities has, however, brought about its own set of challenges. The industry now faces a pressing concern: balancing the quantity of jobs needed to sustain growth with the need for skilled professionals to fill these roles. This dichotomy highlights the critical importance to solar companies of a strategic and dynamic approach to talent acquisition."
