This is a great article about the most exciting use of AI, in really scaling personalized experiences. I've been part of preparing and moving brands to personalized experiences. There are 4 key elements to building omnichannel personalized experiences: technology, content, data, org behaviors/operations. In my experience, the hardest part was always the amount of content variation needed. I'm so excited to see how brands really propel forward in personalizing even more now with AI as a tool.
