Day 4: MAKING IT AS AN STARTUPPER SEEMS EASY
It may appear effortless, but since launching my #startup, I've found myself pitching nearly three times a day. Whether in front of a single individual or a crowd of a 1000, introducing Ganiga to audiences always fills me with joy.
This opportunity has granted us access to some of the world's most prestigious pitch events. However, this time was different.
Presenting before giants such as George Parrish, Paolo Privitera, and Alberto Acito, after embarking on this journey alone and leaving behind an incredible team that provided me with the peace of mind to navigate through critical periods of deliveries and pending developments, is a challenge not everyone can embrace.
Starting out solo in a city where industry titans emerge daily is an even greater test. Doing so in a language not native to me, among individuals who have witnessed the world's greatest #founders, defines the challenge that propels me beyond my comfort zone.
The pre-pitch tension evoked memories of stepping into the ring, igniting an exhilarating rush of adrenaline! Reflecting on our achievements, goals, the upcoming #fundraising round, and particularly on the born the idea, stirred profound emotions within me.
It served as a poignant reminder of the vast ground we've covered in such a short time, reaffirming that despite the hurdles, we are indeed on the right path.
We may not fit the mold of the quintessential startup, boasting founders from #Stanford or a series of successful #exits, but we are a fledgling startup with crystal-clear objectives and the unwavering determination to see them through.
We're committed to giving our all and refusing to settle for anything less.
Expressing gratitude to George, Paolo, and Alberto for their invaluable feedback feels inadequate. I am simply honored to have been selected by Innovit - Italian Innovation and Culture Hub for an experience that will remain with me for a lifetime.
Lastly, but by no means least, my heartfelt appreciation extends to our mentors (Edoardo Mainella, Irene Mingozzi, Nathan Trueblood, Piero Molino, Leandro Agro', Pancrazio Auteri and Francesco Bertolini PMP CSM, ) for their personalized guidance prior to the pitch. Each of them has contributed a piece to our ongoing adventure.
The story of Ganiga has only just begun.
Thanks.
Looking forward to meeting you in Almedalen! ⭐
