Why would you want to work in Retail right now?! This is something I get asked quite often by many of my friends, family and stakeholders I meet on a regular basis. My response? John Lewis Partnership is a retailer but it is SO much more than that. And that's why I have stayed for over 6 years. The Partnership's purpose is 'Working in Partnership for a Happier World' - everything we do has to always link back to this. "Movie Trivia, I do very well whenever I go to trivia night and this is one of the categories." 3. What are some strategies that you’ve found to be helpful in your recent work? "Some strategies have been helpful such as keeping the team connected as the more communication we have about candidates, jobs, and clients the more positions we can fill. Also, trying to sell our candidates on the benefit of being open-minded in their search! Presenting one candidate to multiple opportunities that they are interested in gives them a better experience overall!" 4. Name one thing that you have completed recently that you are proud of. "I am proud of the most recent team activity I created! I designed an escape room that seemed to be hard to complete, which was the goal! Just glad no one finished it in 30 seconds!"
