In the long run, it saves time by increasing efficiency, but it's important that you do it well. You will need to prioritize what you are going to get in sync about and who you are going to get in sync with because of time constraints. Your highest priority should be the most important issues with the most believable and most relevant parties.

Can I screenshot these and email them to some team members? Or copy the text and quote it? This series on alignment is so true and ties in with a quality effort I worked on in a pilot stage about 15 years ago. We had alignment exercises with our partners evaluating projects, and the key consultants and in house engineering managers on it, sat in for these alignment exercises. We were working to get consistent focus and scoring.
Once every couple of weeks my partner and I head upstairs to the office rooftop just to throw our biggest concerns to each other and build from there. Not sure if its the most efficient practice but so far thar rooftop is responsible for most of the game changing decisions 😅

“The more the leader grows the more the team wants to grow” is quote I heard years ago and is still true today.
So many times companies expect team synergy to “just happen” and sometimes it can, but most of the time, teams do better when they have a shared experience that gives them insight into eachother.
Here are 3 ways to accelerate this synergy:
💪Strategic planning that involves the whole team. This is a great start to developing a higher level of teamwork. Involve your mid-level leaders in this and they will feel appreciated and valued.
💪 Everything DiSC training is designed to help participants better understand themselves AND others through in-person and virtual facilitations. Whether improving working relationships, strengthening management skills, elevating leadership impact, or tackling conflict with a new mindset, Everything DiSC delivers insights and strategies to meet the unique needs of your people and your organizational culture.
💪Teamwork training like The 5 Behaviors of a Team. This type of training amplifies what great teams look like and will inspire members to want to perform at a higher level. 89% of The 5 Behaviors trainees said this training improved teamwork!
All three of these put together are guaranteed to cast a complete vision and will leave no stone unturned. Assessment-based trainings like DISC and 5Behaviors also allows you as the leader to see progress over time and repetition. See ywhat the data* says:
✨218% higher profitability from comprehensive training & development
✨59% of workers are “quiet quitting”
✨94% better retention when companies invested in employee development
✨85% of success comes from having well-developed soft skills
These tend to sound like fluff, but in 25 years of sharing this kind of content, I invariably get messages later about how life-changing this insight was to them.
Investing in professional development is key to business success. Every size of business will benefit and it is a must if you want to scale and grow at a sustainable pace.

From a Data Strategy and governance perspective, this advice is invaluable. You must bring human capital into the data eco-system as partners versus a top-down mandated approach. #datastrategy#datagovernance

Getting Unstuck In Action
TAPE
Think
Analyze
Plan
Execute
Today’s focus:
THINK- How am I stuck?
In what areas am I stuck?
When did I begin to feel stuck? What is the lived experience of being stuck for you?
Let’s get unstuck together! #getunstuck
Process is more important than the result. At times, we tend to focus only on the end result and ignore the process that leads to it. However, it is crucial to remember that the best results come from following the best process. So, let's priorities the process and ensure that we take the necessary steps to achieve our desired outcomes. #processoverresults#successmindset
Four Questions you need to ask yourself:
1. Am I seeing the results I want?
2. Is there an issue with the execution?
3. Are there holes in my strategy?
4. Do my daily tasks align with my goals?
