We have started our #transformation towards a modern workplace at Dienes, recently assessed our needs and identified spaces that work best for us. How should our #Modernwork spaces be like? 🤗 Open and inclusive: There are no individual offices at any of the levels, instead open spaces, quiet zones and lounges are available to all. We unify workplaces and change all our tables into height adjustable tables. 🌳Sustainably shaped: We aim at significantly reducing our environmental impact by relying on products “Made in Germany”, natural materials and by giving furniture a second life. 💡Energetically meaningful: We use only those areas that are best isolated and result in significantly lower heating expenditure. Of course: The transformation has to be technically feasible and realistic in implementation. Even though big changes are ahead of us, the fulfilment of individual requirements is still the guiding principle of our concept. That’s why we jointly developed a start-setup and improve the spaces according to our gained experiences and insights step by step. 🤞🏼Cross your fingers that our colleagues are satisfied and are enjoy the #change.

A little story about our office 💒😊, which was recently featured again: 3 years ago, during COVID (when many companies decided to scale down their #workplaces), we had a strong belief that strengthening our #officespace would be even more important in the #future. Our #vision was to build the best possible office for our #unique #team & #culture. We wanted to create a #modern space, flooded with #light, offering #views over the city and #beyond, and ready for #newwaysofworking. Most importantly, it should feel like a #home with plenty of spaces inside and outside to spend time #together. After 2 years of searching, designing, planning, and implementation – strongly supported by two of our top #smp #consultants, Dominik Bonenberger & Robin Zuern, as well as Ann-Denise Hinse & Caspar Schmitz-Morkramer from Caspar, plus Julia Drews & Sven Jonas from BNP Paribas Real Estate – we finally moved in in March 2023. We invested heavily in our new home because we truly believe that a #keysuccessfactor for remaining one of the #mostsuccessful #strategyconsulting firms in Germany is to create an #environment that makes our people feel at home (like the #family we are) and to build an #ecosystem that helps them realize their personal dreams in line with #valuecreation for our #clients. One year later, still seeing all the #happy and #proud faces of our #teams, as well as our continuously strong #doubledigitgrowth, shows that we are on the right path. Additionally, it’s wonderful to see that the great #outcome is now also featured at GROHE X (https://lnkd.in/d8y9GWe9) and in the CUBE Magazin. It was great to be part of Mix Interiors’ recent debate “Are offices bad for us?”. Unsurprisingly, we strongly believe that offices, when designed with people in mind, can enrich our health. ID:SR's Claire Owens discussed the “evolution of the boundaries of what workplaces provide: flexible spaces for treatment rooms, gyms, gardens and spaces to meaningfully socialise”. We are asking more of our workplace and variation is increasingly important - “if the office only caters to one type of work, whether it’s collaborative or focused, then it’s harder to maximise the time spent there”. #workplacedesign #mixinteriors #wellness
