This young man was filling up his car when an older gentleman stopped with his empty gas can for his lawnmower and waited patiently. The teenager noticed him, took the hose out of his car, and asked the gentleman if he wanted him to fill his can. Even though the old man refused, the young man still filled his can. When he was done, he put the gas hose back into his car to finish filling his own. He refused to take any money from the man and wished him a wonderful day. Teach your children to be like this. It all starts at home with the parents. 🥰👏🏼

Great to see younger men showing their care about the elderly men, that still is able to do the things he wants to do!

Then the old man went back to his multi-million pound house, filled up his 250hp ride on lawnmower and continued to cut his 2 acres of garden 👍

So, if an older person is waiting patiently for you to finish pumping gas so they can get their own gas, and you ask them if they want you to pump their gas, and they say "no," you should assume they don't know what they want, because they're old, and proceed to disrespect their autonomy by ignoring their request. Hmm.
