It is a contended feeling to successfully deliver my first talk internationally (not as a paper presenter but as an Expert! WOW!!!). Plus, I get inner gratification from sharing my work with scholars in related fields. Above all, the best part of this talk is chatting with people worldwide (in this case, Nepal, Germany, Taiwan, and Austria) and finding they think the same way and facing similar corporate crises and media problems. In preparing to present "From Fragmentation to Wholeness" at the Spiritual Awakenings International conference next month, I remember the power of authentically sharing our personal stories. When I was touched with a propound mystical experience, the fear of speaking about it used to feel daunting, and integrating that newly tapped part of myself felt overwhelming. In this conference session, I will review the curiously paradoxical passage from fragmentation to wholeness, from hiding to being seen, and from fear to love. Though everyone's story is unique, fighting the inner battle of self-acceptance is a human right of passage. This journey can be full of debate and struggle, and the decision to uncover and ultimately unleash hidden parts of the self is something that many, if not all of us, are faced with at some point in life.
