Spending the last few days with different departments of our team has me convinced we're building it right at SERVPRO® Team Dobson!!! On Wednesday I had the honor of being the grill master with our Commercial Cleaning division, to celebrate our 1st Year at Youngstown State University. I was blown away by the camaraderie in this group, they not only enjoy working with each other, they've truly grown to enjoy each others company. Thursday in celebration of the July 4th Holiday, SERVPRO® Team Dobson Sales, Marketing, and Cleaning/Mit divisions got to take part in the Howland, OH parade. Truly Blessed to live in this Great Country and work for/with great people!!!

Congratulations to our awesome crew and leaders down at Youngstown State University on the anniversary of their first year!! This past week has been a blur, but I wouldn't want it any other way!!! Spent Monday and Tuesday in South Dakota and Iowa assisting our SERVPRO® Team Dobson Storm Team in their response to the flooding in the area. Then I got to go to DC with Jim Standohar and represent not only our team, but our Mahoning Valley in the nations capital. Truly humbled and blessed with these opportunities and looking forward to an adventurous summer ahead!! SERVPRO® Team Dobson 9am vs 7pm same day! Recently, our team had the incredible opportunity to assist a local church that faced a major setback due to heavy rains causing a drain backup affecting over 15,000 sf. We were on site moments after receiving the call to start mitigation! By 7pm that evening we had all drying equipment placed and running as well as cleaning and deconstruction completed. There’s nothing more rewarding in this job than helping our community in times of need! Seeing the gratitude and relief to get them back to pre loss condition and remain operational for Sunday services is a blessing. A huge shoutout to the our entire team for their hard work and dedication on this project!
