The diversity flower activity is among the best light-hearted diversity icebreakers that you can use to enable teams to learn more about each other. Instructions: You will start by dividing teams into groups of eight to ten participants. Provide teams with drawing papers and colorful markers. Let each team draw a flower that has a large center. The flower petals should equal the number of players on each team. Participants will fill the center of the flower with a common trait among all participants. Let teams fill the petals with unique traits about themselves. Teams will then exchange the flowers made with other groups and discuss the common and unique traits. Sometimes team building feels like jumping as high as possible praying to come back down in one piece 🤣 The higher we aim, the better the chances of actually hitting our goals. Think about it: when a team sets big, exciting goals, it's like a shot of motivation for everyone involved. It pushes everyone to step out of their comfort zones, get creative, and work together like never before. Ambitious goals give the whole team a sense of purpose, making them more determined to overcome challenges and succeed together. Last Friday, we closed the office and our #greatteam had a team-building day with the Uden - GiuntiEOS team. First, we left it all on the dance floor (including our voices) in a dance competition of the famous Haka... it appears we now have some colleagues with whom it is better to think before approaching! Then we got to the DISC methodology; a psychological model used to better understand the behavioral styles and personalities of a team. By the end of the day, it was evident that the exercises had improved communication, fostered empathy, and optimized collaboration within the team. This success has since empowered our team to work more harmoniously and efficiently, improving performance and the overall work environment. #greatpackaging #packaging #wearegreat #teambuilding #hakateambuilding #disc #wellness
