🤖Robotics Wednesday🤖 ❗Autonomous Fastening Robot❗ When working with facade brackets on high constructions, several risks can pose significant dangers to workers. Facade brackets are essential for supporting and securing exterior cladding materials, but they also present various hazards, particularly when installed at great heights. ✅ Fall Hazards: Working at heights is inherently risky, and falls from facade brackets can lead to severe injuries or fatalities. Workers can fall while accessing or moving along the brackets, especially if proper fall protection measures are not in place. ✅ Material Handling Risks: Installing facade brackets often involves lifting and maneuvering heavy cladding materials, which can lead to musculoskeletal injuries if proper lifting techniques are not used or if workers are not provided with adequate assistance and equipment. So maybe we can use robots to increase safety at construction site? Please take a look at this great solution from Raise Robotics using two cobots from Universal Robots. I love when robots can help us in dirty, dull and dangerous tasks. What do you think about this innovative technology? #robotics #innovation #technology

I need this for scanning facades 😍

📢 More safety at construction sites! 📢 More safety at construction sites! Love this solution 👏   Collaborative robots can indeed help with dirty, dull, and dangerous tasks 👌

Also a Ridgeback by Clearpath Robotics by Rockwell Automation...which is so well hidden under all the custom stuff that I barely noticed it myself!

Why is that guy 👷♂️ constantly looking towards this moving 🤖 Robot? Does he want to be hit on the head or what? Stay out of the Robots 🤖 operation field before you get hurt 🤕 or injured ♿. Safety first ! 🔊 certainly with a Robot that is moving around.

No, what we need is people, not robots.

I really want to see how this robot will clean this channel before inserting the bolt.  the channel always has foam in it, or is partly filled with concrete......

Brilliant application. Just change the gripper and other dangerous close to the edge applications such as railing glass installation could be performed with same robot.
