Through Mental Health Awareness month, the Xerox Employee Resource Groups have run a number of workshops and webinars to discuss, learn and support. I was fortunate to listen in to one last week with guests from The Women's Alliance (TWA) where members opened up to feeling anxious at times, and how mental health can be utterly draining in social situations, meeting new people, managing workload, triple checking emails before sending them and many other instances of daily life.
