The best employees often share several key characteristics: ☑️ 1. Communication Skills: Effective communication is crucial in any workplace. The best employees know how to clearly convey ideas, listen actively, and collaborate as a team. They are also good at managing interpersonal relationships. ☑️☑️ Emotional intelligence and the ability to network successfully are added bonuses that will give you a good return. ☑️ 2. Discipline: Reliable employees consistently meet deadlines, show up on time, and are dependable in their performance and commitment to quality. They follow through on assignments and can be trusted to handle responsibilities effectively. They have the discipline to get things done. ☑️ 3. Adaptability: Top-performing workers are flexible and able to adapt to new challenges. They embrace learning and are willing to update their skills or approach as needed. It is best to hire and promote people with these characteristics. When you promote the wrong people over your best people, be prepared to lose your best people. Historically the best employees eventually leave if they are not appreciated. Never underestimate or downplay an employee who is doing good work. They deserve to be appreciated and acknowledged for their contributions.

Share this post. I hope this serves as a reminder this week. Good people deserve a chance and good companies need to retain good people.

Have you noticed that the most successful companies retain their best employees? They don’t seem to have a lot of turnover because the people managing staff, understand how important it is to keep top talent and appreciate good people.

If you have a good employee who is doing the best work, it is wise to not downplay what they do. So many old-school managers do this because they like to promote their friends or family over their best employee. There are many examples of this that people have shared with me. In all examples, the company lost their best employees. This was not good for business.

The one thing you learn. At my age. Those you just described including me. Do not want to be the leader or more than welling to work as part of team effort. Which require a leader that have shown they have two particular skill & have proven how to use them. Innovation to keep the investor support during not the good time but when he/she as to gain the trust of the emplyees to help during the transition of what no longer works to what well work to match the reality COVID & Mother Nature as just show us. We have no border & $$ may work for a privileged few,but it’s is not sustainable long term. Until we bring tge Global system into the 21century of sustainablity. As $ no longer the key,but the problem.

In the office where the keyboards clack, Sits a star whose skills never lack. With a spreadsheet so neat, And deadlines always beat, Promotion's due, that's just a fact! **Why promote thee? Let's count the ways:** For the coffee runs and the long workdays, For the smiles you bring, And the way you sing, Turning gloomy Mondays into sunrays. You've got the charm, the wit, and the brain, In every project, you leave your stain. You're the team's keystone, In a league of your own, Without you, it just ain't the same. So, raise a glass to the one we adore, Who deserves a raise and so much more. For all that you do, Here's a cheer just for you, May your career forever soar! 👍👍if you like my poem then please follow me for more😊😊

#LadyLongevity...and #All... The core issue that many businesses suffer from is that too often the people in charge of either Employee #selection or #promotion are either poorly placed...or poorly trained and inadequate to correctly identify...and #incentivize excellent people! If more businesses would both listen to and observe Employee Work behavior...these issues would lessen. Do You and All so agree?
