Agriculture Public Relations Professional

Today marks my last day with CHS due to my job position being eliminated. An unfortunate and unexpected change in my career path, but that’s life. After nearly three years, I see this as the turning point of a new chapter and opportunities. Despite the uncertainty this has temporarily shown me, what I do know is certain: my roots and commitment to the agriculture industry remain steady. Being raised on a farm, growing up alongside an evolving independent ag retail business, working with or for different agribusiness sectors for nearly 10+ years … it’s hard to envision what my life would be like without agriculture (not to mention the food/fuel/fiber thing it’s got going on to sustain this world). I’m excited for what’s next in my career and life. Here’s to new beginnings and my next agricultural adventure!

I will never forget working with you on the 2021 New Leaders Forum when we were both super new to our jobs -- you were such a rock star and brought so much positive energy and organizational skills to the event! Can't wait to find out which organization is going to be lucky enough to gain the passion, commitment, and expertise you bring to your work. ❤️

Grateful I had the chance to work with you these last few years, and lucky I got to know you better the last year, especially. You are one in a million and I can’t wait to see who snaps you up next. Their gain. Soar, my friend. 💪🏽👊🏽💥

You can do this!!! Sometimes, situations like these, force us to do things that make us uncomfortable, but in the end it was the best thing that could have ever happened. I wish you all the luck!

Rachel, I enjoyed our time working together over the past few years and appreciate all you taught me about ag media. It’s been a pleasure. All the best in your next chapter.

Remember when one door closes God will open a window. You will be on a new and better adventure!
