Earlier in the week, we had the chance to watch Rachel Kerrone Director of Brand Marketing at Starling Bank talking at MAD//FEST about how challenger brands keep their edge in a competitive market through bold media behaviour. “Be bold, brave and never take no for an answer.” We can all take her advice and push boundaries, striving for innovation in everything we do.
