It's officially my last day at Greenhouse Software, and I don't know how to feel. It's exciting, sad, scary, and ultimately bittersweet. Greenhouse and I have been through so much together in the past 2+ years (most notably, a global pandemic). I truly could not have anticipated just how much I would grow professionally at Greenhouse (and if you want in, they're hiring!) I credit so much of that growth to my incredible manager, Kara Sang. She taught me how to haggle with vendors, create a spreadsheet of tasks that would overwhelm the average person, how and when to loop in execs to projects, and how to open an office and (sadly) close one too. They're starting to queue the music because my speech is running long, but I'm leaving Greenhouse with a monstera leaf shaped hole in my heart that will take quite some time to heal.

I am overwhelmed with emotion - so much excitement for you in your next chapter; such a heavy sense of loss of an incredible teammate; and of course an overflow of gratitude for your time, collaboration, and friendship at Greenhouse. We will certainly keep in touch but THANK YOU for everything, and best of luck in your new adventures - not that you'll need it!
