In a filing posted on Monday, the agency set its next deadline to July 5, 2024 to approve or disapprove of the proposed spot ether ETF. If ETH gets ETF approved then the whole of crypto will change. It’ll be comparable with stocks or bonds, and available to trade on stock exchanges. This means non-technical crypto people can invest in the asset without having to own any ETH or stored in a custodial wallet. Cryptocurrency isn’t going anywhere.
