Rachel began her career in the staffing industry in 2015 and quickly advanced to VP of Recruiting Operations for a reputable staffing agency. She has a competitive nature, a desire to overcome staffing challenges, and has been an asset to many companies across the upstate of SC for nearly a decade. Originally from Louisiana and of Cajun descent, she prides herself on her ability to cook. Her outgoing and competitive personality comes from her Father. Rachel comes from a large family with a long line of strong and successful women who have made her into the leader she is today.
