QS Nurses ’s Post

Recently I had someone ask me what the QS in QS Nurses stood for. Shame on me I never really delved in to it. We've been so focused on developing and growing the next great staffing organization that it didn't occur to me to look in to it Here's what I think it stands for Quality Service - What and how we do things matters. If we don't take care of our Healthcare Professionals, our Facilities, our internal staff then we won't achieve what we aim for. Today, I'm proud of the Quality Service we provide Quality Solutions - In staffing we can sometimes get caught up chasing the wrong solution or ignoring the problem. We can get caught up with putting the square peg in the square hole, so to speak. Sometimes it's about looking beyond the basics and offering consultative approaches to our HCPs and our facility clientele. We want to be and will be more than just a yes or no company, we'll think yes first and then work with our partners to get to a yes Quality Staff - The team we've built makes me smile every day. Of course we're not perfect but we are determined, supportive and focused on the tasks at hand. Quality Support - We don't just place people on jobs we. We go on the journey with them every step of the way. We ensure the job is going well. We make sure they know they're not alone. We offer an open ear and a kind heart. It's more about the relationship than about being just another list of jobs you can consider next If one of these sounds like your QS, I'd love to speak with you.
