How often do people hear this in the workplace. Stress, workload, anxiety, long hours, work inflexibility, feeling unheard/unseen and little work-life balance are real and causing serious damage to people's health and wellbeing. Forcing staff to participate in wellbeing days/sessions and no amount of pizza, cake or a monthly cup of free tea/coffee will lesson the physical and emotional needs of staff if their genuine health needs are not being recognised, valued, discussed and addressed without judgement or fear of reprisal. This post ⬇️ is sadly very on point. The struggle is real and we can no longer continue to pay lip-service to this crisis or sticking plasters on it. #WellbeingMatters #MentalHealthAwareness #MHFA #mhfaengland #mindfulnesspractice

Contrary to popular belief coming from a state known for Midwest niceness, conflict handled in the proper manner (I'll repeat PROPER MANNER) is key for not only growth of a company but also for individuals within an organization. It is actually very unkind to not speak up, not say no, not make decisions just because they are unpopular. The kindest thing you can do for growth is learn how to have hard conversations and voice your dissenting opinion in a healthy way. We can only make each other and an organization better when we learn how to properly deal with conflict.

Hahaha, oh, yes! But seriously, despite I like (no, I really LOVE) debugging JavaScript with the actual debugger, console.log can still be very handy in many situations. For example, as a pre-debug tool, when you need to get some specific value and put a conditional breakpoint with tiis value. But of course, it all depends on the situation.
Impossible 😠
