Chief Product Officer @ First Street | Climate Tech

A massive heatwave claims the lives of 20 million people in India. It’s science fiction, but it's a stark reminder of potential future risks posed by #climatechange. Diving into Kim Stanley Robinson’s Ministry of the Future might not be typical vacation reading, but it sure fuels motivation to jump back into work First Street Thanks for the reco Jeff Weir !

Sad that the impacts will be felt disproportionately by the poor. Some of us will be lucky to have indoor jobs and have access to pools to cool ourselves.

I could only read a page or two at a time for the first bit. Intense read. Enjoy, Quinn!

It’s no more fiction and it’s no more a future risk. It’s happening in real and in the present as I type :/

Definitely vacation reading; best time for "art to imitate life"
