If you aren't building a solid team right now.. you run the risk of👇👇👇 Losing money - I'm serious - all the time you spend doing tasks that aren't growing the business are taking you away from more sales. I don't mean doing the sales yourself. On average if it takes more than 1 hr to respond to someone's phone call, they have most likely already called 10 other contractors by the time you "get back with them". Breaking down - you fall down, you are running on low sleep, you barely take time to meal prep, and you expect yourself to be a top performer when you might be working over 14hrs onsite. . something WILL break. Let that not be your body, or your precious family experience. Running circles - hitting the same wall the same way , will not yield a different result. You can only get ahead so far with a small crew that's unleveraged. Looking in the wrong places - finding yourself persuaded into things that you think might yield fast cash.. and then potentially losing more in the process of that investment. How often would you love to say : "I'll let my team handle that" "He's onsite already with the crew" "We closed 55 sales today as a team" THIS will and ONLY will happen when you do the work, you sort out your company, and you build on an extremely strong foundation Your foundation for hiring and your team is EVERYTHING Pre-register for the 5 day challenge event and grab a seat - you will be given precise tools to find new hires, exemplify and strengthen your current team, and reorganize your company to it's highest potential.

15 years at a company, laid off via email. 15 years at a company, not a phone call. 15 years at a company, no word from the manager. 15 years at a company, no opportunity to give feedback. 15 years at a company. See ya. "But hey we did so well with a severance package, it's better than average." "The 'impacted' employees will always be part of the fam." Remember this kind of stuff when you are: *Considering backing out of an offer you accepted for a better one *Considering leaving a company for a better opportunity *Considering taking that recruiter call for a co. that looks intriguing *Considering how much work-life balance you sacrifice for your 'work-fam' This message is NOT: Companies are evil. This message IS: Companies look out for their best interests, you need to do the same. Business Development Manager at Core Personnel Assisting businesses in hiring qualified employees to meet their productivity requirements.
What motivates a salesperson? The answer is simple: being noticed and recognized for their hard work. Salespeople are often driven by the desire to exceed their targets and achieve success, but recognition is what truly fuels their fire. As a manager or colleague, taking the time to acknowledge and appreciate their hard work can go a long way in keeping them motivated and driven. So, next time you see a salesperson putting in the effort, take a moment to recognize their dedication and hard work. Trust me, it will make all the difference. #SalesMotivation #Recognition #HardWorkPaysOff #weknowstaffing Core Personnel Staffing Services

Managing Partner @ Tiello II Building Teams for Tomorrow in the AEC Industry 🏗 I Coach, Train, and Hire Top 1% Agency Recruiters
Best advice I got this year: "Always do the right thing." This goes in recruiting and life. Because you will be lied to, screwed over, and mistreated by people. And that's just a given because people are people. But at the end of the day, if you put your ego to the side, hold yourself to a higher standard, and always do the right thing. It will come around, and good things will happen in the long run. #recruiting #sales #staffingagency #networking #tiello

When it's time to move on to a next step. How do you know? December/January is an interesting time for sales & recruitment. Most sales professionals are questioning if dedicating another year at their current employer is the right choice. While your situation may feel inherently 'unique' these are the most common reasons that sales people are looking around. ❌ Lack of advancement opportunities ❌ Inadequate compensation ❌ Poor management & training ❌ Change in company culture ❌ Shift in market trends & growth potential My old sales manager once told me that if you know your shoes are getting too small, and you genuinely feel it. It's time to find some larger shoes to fill. You should either be 'learning or earning' and ideally both. Luckily, everyone here at Bluebird has rather large feet 😉 On to 2024 ‼ #2024 #saassales #opportunities
