Top 5 areas where clients want the support of their PR agencies: 1. Coming up with practically workable publicity ideas. 2. Helping them understand the scope of PR beyond media. 3. Praveen all points mentioned above are relevant. But "PR matlab number of media clips" is a deep rooted problem encouraged by both PR agencies and our Corporate communication fraternity. High time to educate client, agency and CCD.
