A year ago, we faced the tremendous feat of closing our successful business—a process just as demanding and challenging as it was to start it. Our marketing and messaging needed to reach our 9k+ customer base immediately, and updating C2H's LinkedIn just wasn’t a priority. Today, on the one-year anniversary of our closure, I realized C2H's LinkedIn page still wasn't updated. So, I cleaned it up to more accurately reflect our status. 3 Steps Into the 4th Quarter The #FourthQuarter is the key to success for many businesses. The two main reasons: • a plethora of holidays – Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year – feeding retail and restaurant coffers • businesses' next-year budgeting and year end processes. These two define business expenditures for the New Year. Being well-positioned in the 4qtr portends well for your company. For this reason you need to return to the basics now. (1) Review your #CoreSkills. Renew your commitment to be the best. You are not at your best if you are out of shape. In-house seminars will focus you and your staff's attention to the task at hand. (2) Study and #KnowYourClients. This isn't cold calling. These aren't strangers. These are partners with whom you have built a relationship. What are their pain points? How do they want to grow? Find out now. (3) You must have a #WrittenPath, a road map. It must be clear and specific. The map must have milestones and a clear, attainable goal. And it must be written because, if it is not written, it doesn't exist.

CHRISTMAS? In January? YOU BET...with a $10K saving! We decided to have our Christmas party last week in January! 🎄✨ We're always the outlier, so why shouldn't our celebration be any different. As a business, we're always looking for ways to be smart with our resources, and that includes how we celebrate. Instead of getting caught up in the holiday rush, we opted for a January celebration – a strategic move that not only allowed us to unwind after a busy period but also helped us save on the traditionally expensive and boring Christmas function menus. Interestingly, one of our clients has adopted a similar approach with our guidance, moving their celebration to end of January each year. This decision not only brought them substantial cost savings ($10K THANK YOU VERY MUCH!) but also provides the team with space to truly enjoy the event outside of the end-of-year rush.
