🌟 Celebrating Juneteenth at Trellis: Honoring Freedom and Embracing Diversity 🌟 At Trellis, we believe that our strength lies in our diversity and the inclusive culture we cultivate every day. Today, we proudly celebrate Juneteenth, a pivotal moment in American history that marks the end of slavery and the beginning of a new era of freedom and equality. Juneteenth is more than a commemoration of past struggles; it is a celebration of resilience, hope, and progress. It is a reminder of the ongoing journey toward true equality and justice for all. As we honor this significant day, we reflect on the importance of diversity and inclusion in our workplace. Our commitment to these values drives innovation, fosters creativity, and builds a stronger, more united team. We are dedicated to ensuring that every voice is heard, every story is valued, and every individual is respected. Today, we encourage our Trellis family and the wider community to: 🖤 Learn: Educate yourself about the history and significance of Juneteenth. Understanding our past is crucial to building a better future. ❤️ Reflect: Take a moment to reflect on the progress made and the work that still needs to be done in the fight for equality and justice. 💚 Act: Get involved in local events, support Black-owned businesses, and advocate for policies that promote equity and inclusion. Content-Driven Marketing Executive | I love content, building incredible teams & creating the environment for success!
🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️Happy Pride Month, everyone! How important is working for an inclusive, diverse company to you? To me, it means a LOT. I’ve seen firsthand how the culture of a company can change when it ignores diversity from the top-down. Every company I’ve applied to I’ve checked out their leadership page and Glassdoor reviews to understand more about the environment they provide. Some of my proudest moments were finding ways to get our DEI networks at Reward Gateway onto our external content - we had our LBGTQIA+ lead write about ways to celebrate Pride month (turned into a highly read, two-part series), interviews with our Accessibility leads for World Accessibility Day, and how to be an ally to women … to name a few. We incorporated our DEI leads into our editorial review process to ensure we were truly walking the walk and I learned so much along the way. It’s not a Gen Z thing (elder millenial here). It’s not because I am not fully white. It’s not because I have gay friends. It’s because humans should be treated as humans. That’s why it matters to me. (And to Leo.) ———————————- 🗓️ This is day 20/30 of the #JustSayTheThingsChallenge where the goal is simple - share what's on your mind for 30 days. No overthinking. No complex strategy. Just have fun! Feel free to use the hashtag to start your own 30 days at any time and we can cheer each other on! *I promised 30 days of dog photos, so I'm sorry-not-sorry for your feed being filled with this guy for the next 10 days!*

Pride Month is a powerful reminder of the courage it takes to be authentically yourself. It’s about standing up and standing out, not just for a moment, but every day. As we celebrate Pride, let's remember that true diversity goes beyond a multicolored logo—it’s about embracing and supporting each other in our unique journeys. In a world that often pushes for conformity, being yourself is an act of bravery. It’s about honoring your true self and encouraging others to do the same. This authenticity is what makes our communities vibrant and strong. Standing for diversity means creating spaces where everyone feels valued and heard. It’s about fostering an environment where differences are celebrated, and where everyone can thrive. This commitment to diversity isn’t just good for individuals; it’s essential for the growth and success of our communities and workplaces. Let’s not just celebrate Pride this month, but every day. Let’s commit to being allies, to listening, learning, and advocating for a world where everyone can be their true selves without fear. Here’s to the courage to stand up, stand out, and truly stand for diversity. Happy Pride Month! 🌈 #Pride #Authenticity #Diversity #Inclusion #Community #CelebratePride
