Our teams had an incredible time celebrating PRIDE last month, immersing themselves in activities that celebrated the theme, "Our Pride, Our Prologis." An insightful global panel discussion featured #PrologisPrideNetwork (PPN) member stories about embracing their identity at Prologis and beyond. Employees created beautiful works of art and learned about the LGBTQIA+ community. Our Tokyo team even welcomed LGBTQIA+ inclusivity expert Ayumu Horikawa to discuss how to be an ally in the workplace! PPN chose to donate to Free Mom Hugs, which advocates for equality for the LGBTQIA+ community by providing resources, education and support at community events. We are happy to collaborate with the International Living Future Institute (ILFI) to create a blueprint for decarbonizing existing buildings! In 2023, 96% of our eligible new projects achieved (or are in the process of achieving) sustainable building certifications, including ILFI certification. In fact, our Eindhoven DC4 property was the first-ever industrial building to earn ILFI's Zero Carbon certification! Onward and upwards to a more sustainable real estate industry!

Hot off the press! Prologis France has just secured a prime 77,000 m² logistics hub at the crossroads of Northern and Southern Europe – a connection point between major urban centers. (Psstt: that’s 828,000 sqft, for those reading from the U.S.!) The property is in Corbas, south-east of Lyon, a region marked by undersupply that presents strong potential for value creation.   The 18-hectare (44-acre) property is fully in line with our decarbonization strategy: it is equipped with 14,000 solar panels and has earned sustainable certification from BREEAM and BioDivercity. +++ C'est maintenant officiel ! Prologis France a acquis une plateforme logistique de 77 000 m² à Corbas, au sud-est de Lyon, auprès de BNP Paribas REIM via l'intermédiaire de Cushman & Wakefield.   Labellisée BREEAM niveau « Very Good », la plateforme, qui occupe un terrain de près de 18 hectares, a également obtenu le label BioDivercity. They say everything is bigger in Texas, and this new battery storage project is no exception! On Friday, we inaugurated a new battery energy storage system (BESS) in Arlington, Texas at Prologis Interchange 20. Battery storage projects like this ensure that the customers and communities that benefit from our solar installations have reliable access to energy – even when the sun is not shining.  We plan to continue energizing Texas! We have nine additional projects in the works set for completion by the end of 2025, bringing our BESS portfolio in the state to 100 MW!

We unveiled 11 new urban art installations that will enhance the open-air museum on our property! Our goal is for the park to serve as both an engaging workplace and a vibrant hub for community engagement and social interactions. At the unveiling, Sandro Innocenti and Margaryta Hnatenko engaged in dialogue on stage with three of the urban artists involved in the project: SteReal, Kiki Skipi, and Cheris.
