William, a Progress team member, faced a challenging time as his daughter battled an illness, requiring multiple hospitalizations. Understanding the struggles other families might be experiencing, he decided to spread joy by distributing 25 summer-themed baskets to children in the Pediatric Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit of Advent Health for Children in Orlando.    Progress proudly joined in, donating coloring books and toys for the baskets. His colleagues and fellow Progress team members, Jake and Todd also lent their time to help spread smiles and happiness. This heartwarming effort is a shining example of our Create Community Core Value in action. It highlights how our team members live out these values both at work and in their daily lives.     #ServingOurCommunities #PositiveProgress

Recently, Progress’ Workforce Development team met with the graduating classes from the plumbing, electrical, and HVAC programs at the National Technical Institute (NTI) in Phoenix, AZ. They introduced our Workforce Development Program and conducted mock interviews, providing students with opportunities to practice their interviewing skills and gain industry insights from our team. Through partnerships with trade schools like NTI, we are not only supporting the future of skilled trades but also making a positive impact on the broader community.  #WorkforceDevelopment #FutureofSkilledTrades #ServingOurCommunities

Cheers to these amazing team members who rolled up their sleeves at the Gleaners Food Bank in Indianapolis, IN. During the food bank drive thru, more than 1,200 families were positively impacted.
