Our very own Liz Beggs, Chief Operating Officer, and Bernadette M.Walsh, Marketing Partnerships Manager, attended the NRF 2024: Retail's Big Show Asia Pacific at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore. This event, an extension of the renowned Retail Big Show in NYC, was packed with insightful discussions and cutting-edge presentations. The event kicked off with a ribbon-cutting ceremony by Mr. Gan Kim Yong, Deputy Prime Minister of Singapore. And with over 7,000 attendees and 238 exhibitors from 52 countries participated, the event featured talks from global retail giants like 7-Eleven, Central Retail Corporation, Fast Retailing (Uniqlo), Hermès, Moët Hennessy, Nike, and Lotte Corporation. One major takeaway was the importance of customer experience, with industry experts highlighting the need to stay true to the brand while engaging new generations of customers through direct retail spaces, in-store experiences, and digital engagement. The event also featured Retail Store Tours showcasing innovative brand strategies and the NRF Innovation Lab, which presented the latest in AI, AR, VR, and machine learning technologies while other discussions revolved around #personalisation, #AI integration, omnichannel experiences, and sustainability practices.
