"Make anyone interesting" reminds me of the improv mindset of "Make everyone around you look brilliant." It doesn't cost you anything and it elevates an entire gathering! When you operate that way, people naturally gravitate towards you and start modeling that behavior themselves in a beautiful ripple effect.
